The Mikrokopter GPS-Cover is made from PCB plate and attached directly to the MK GPS board. The side panels are easily joined together using solder. This also acts as the ground plane for the GPS antenna - increasesing the GPS reception. The signal to noise ratio for the rest of the electronics in MikroKopter is increased. Another positive effect is to protect the altitude sensor against the air pressure of the rotating propellers.

Advice

 • The MK GPS board (order separately) is the 'cap' - alternative cover part also available separately
 • In the side panels LEDs can be mounted
 • The hood is designed for quadcopters. Other variants will not match.
